3,2,1...1,2,3...I won't let this get the best of me
We all know how many days there are until the exam. The thing that is frustrating me is that I cannot comprehend these freaking Con Law and Property MBE questions. They're so long and reading through the fact patterns is confusing me. If there is anyone out there still blogging, please HELP! Just had to get that off of my chest. Back to studying.

Good Luck girl - you will do it! I just found your blog this morning - I am an NC repeater myself - going in this time for round no. 3! What helps me with the Con Law questions is to read the answers first - I just pray before the Property ones!!!! LOL! Stay positive - you were smart enough to get your JD -this time you'll ace it! Cheers!
I know this is really basic, but be sure you are reading the "call of the question" the little sentence down at the bottom first.
You can usually eliminate some of the crap up top by reading what they are really asking you
Hello,
The best advice I received on Property questions is that they are simple, because they each are like a little problem.
Yes, they are long, but the fact pattern can be reduced into a drawing. Then apply the law to the drawing.
It worked for me, I used to hate Property questions, now they are my best subject (even though I do like like the subject much.)
Con Law: make sure you know the 3 tests (rational basis etc..) cold, + Privileges and Immunities and Equal Protection.
Good luck on the bar!!!!
Good luck to you this week! I am holding good thoughts for you!
